Resolve.encrypt_dctl#

Resolve.encrypt_dctl(input_path: str, options: EncryptDCTLOptions | dict | None = None) → bool[source]#

Encrypts the DCTL at input_path and writes it to an output folder.

Parameters:

  • input_path (str) – path of the DCTL file to encrypt

  • options (EncryptDCTLOptions | dict, optional) – encryption options. Defaults to None, which uses the input filename, no expiry and the user’s home folder.

Returns:

Returns True if successful, False otherwise.
